Student inductions, UK wide
Each September, Kheron enthusiastically travels across the country to host dynamic induction events for incoming students at UK schools and colleges. These sessions focus on motivation and orientation for the year ahead, helping students understand the role of student services, how to access support, and the importance of regular attendance.
Each talk is informed by trends affecting students nationally, as well as concerns specific to the local area.
Kheron focuses on creating a sense of belonging through engaging and interactive talks and workshops that allow students to connect with peers and staff in a fun and memorable way.
These events not only welcome students into their educational community but also set a positive tone for their educational journey ahead.
“All the interactivity that was going on with the show. It’s almost like i’m looking at a motivational comedy show.” - Student
Black history month, Stanmore College
Black History Month is an excellent opportunity to explore how values of compassion and community can drive positive change. Stanmore College celebrated Black History Month by collaborating with us to create an enlightening event that delved into the powerful South African philosophy of Ubuntu - ‘I am because we are.’ This philosophy promotes connection, inclusion, and mutual care—essential messages in today’s world. Ubuntu is a way we can celebrate black history and make everyone feel included. By both promoting and embodying Ubuntu, Kheorn created a memorable experience for staff and students alike.
Student motivation, Moulton college
We teamed up with student services at Moulton College to present a series of induction events designed to empower and motivate students. The workshops provided students with the tools to maintain a motivational environment, introducing the idea that ‘we are all motivational speakers’ and that every student has the inherent ability to inspire, encourage and support those around them, peers and staff alike.

Please enquire below if you’d like to learn more. The enthusiasm and dedication of both students and staff at LEAP were instrumental in making "A LEVEL UP" a resounding success.
Research insights, What should a college community be like?
At the start of the 23/24 Academic Year we delivered induction talks and workshops in colleges across the country During our sessions, we posed an open question to students: “What should a college community be like?” Students submitted their thoughts via a live word cloud, allowing them to share any word or phrase that came to mind. Our analysis of the responses revealed a clear trend: students overwhelmingly want to feel safe on campus. While having fun is important, students emphasised that they desire a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive environment above all.
